we have used these guys twice. They seem to be one of the cheapest and their service has been very good. You have to prepay the full tank of fuel when you leave - and bring it back empty. I do not know if they refund anything - so you have to make sure you do a bit of driving! I don't know how the others work. You do the paperwork with a permanent van in the almeria airport carpark! I know it sounds bad - but we've found it to be very easy!
